Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations: You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated and the item has left our factory, the order is subject to our standard 30-day Return Policy and the applicable $89 return fee. Henriksen Guitar Society (Subscriptions): The Henriksen Guitar Society is a recurring subscription service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Billing: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Society benefits until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Product Pre-orders: For items marked as "Pre-order," payment is processed at the time of purchase to reserve your place in our production queue.
