Returns Policy
We want you to love your tone. If an amp isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns MUST be in brand-new condition with all original packaging.
United States Customers: A flat fee of $89 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers insured round-trip shipping, non-refundable payment processing fees, and a multi-point technician inspection.

- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
International Customers: By completing your purchase, you agree that customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Shipping cost will be subtracted from total refund amounts. At no point is Henriksen responsible for shipping costs outside the US under any circumstances.

- We will email you a pre-paid UPS/FedEx/DHL return label and the necessary customs documentation.
- The actual cost of the return shipping, the original shipping cost, plus any non-refundable brokerage fees or carrier entry charges (typically $50–$150 USD total), will be deducted from your final refund.
- Self-Shipping Warning: Henriksen Amplifiers will not accept "Collect" shipments or returns sent without our authorized label and customs coding.
Shipping
- USA - We offer Free Ground Shipping on all amplifier orders.
- International (Outside USA): Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The buyer is responsible for all local VAT, import duties, and brokerage fees required by your country’s customs office. These fees are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Warranty and Service
90-Day Advanced Replacement (US ONLY): If your amplifier malfunctions in the first 90 days, Henriksen will simply ship a brand new replacement at NO COST with a return label for the defective amp included*.
5-Year Factory Warranty: Henriksen Amplifiers warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. If this product does not function properly Henriksen will either repair the original product or replace the product with one that is functionally equivalent. Warranty service must be performed, or explicitly authorized, by Henriksen. There is a flat rate fee to cover shipping in both directions for warranty service. Warranty is non-transferable, and is for new amplifiers purchased directly from Henriksen Amplifiers or from authorized Henriksen dealers in the United States. For amplifiers purchased from an authorized dealer outside the United States, please refer to the retailer from which the amplifier was purchased for their warranty policy.
Out-of-Warranty Factory Service: Our service fees are flat-rates which INCLUDE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS and cover nearly all repair costs. We can take care of your amplifier at the factory for less than most techs charge in diagnostic bench fees.

The Fine Print
*Advanced replacement products are subject to inventory availability. Warranty is non-transferable and voided by misuse, improper physical environment, accident, or improper maintenance. 90 days after purchase, the warranty does not cover shipping; a flat-rate fee will apply for round-trip transit. ANIMAL AND WATER DAMAGE WILL NOT BE SERVICED. For International Service (Outside US), Henriksen is at no time responsible for shipping costs; we will provide parts lists and technical guidance for local repair or you may ship the unit to us at your expense.
