Shipping policy

Order Processing Most Henriksen products are hand-inspected and shipped from our Arvada, CO factory within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US) We primarily use UPS for all amplifier shipments to ensure they are insured and handled with care. Transit times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS. Please note that for all orders outside the US, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, and local brokerage fees. At no point is Henriksen responsible for international shipping or duty costs under any circumstances.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your account at account.henriksenamplifiers.com.
